13 oz Semi-Matt Double side smooth w/blockout, comprised of a white vinyl face sheet, polyester fiber scrim, a black vinyl "blockout" layer, and a white vinyl back sheet laminated together to form a smooth, flexible, tearresistant printing substrate. The face sheet is calendared PVC and the scrim fabric inner layer is 300 denier x 300 denier polyester fiber in 42 x 40 construction.
